Orchestration
Orchestration and arrangement is the art of translating musical material from one ensemble to another. ​

Scale up a piece for a large ensemble, pit band, big band or orchestra.

Scale down a piece for piano solo or duet, chamber ensemble, pit band, small band or solo and accompaniment.
